If anyone has been following this blog in the past few years (admittedly a big ‘if’ with no new material to follow…) than my absence from these pages has been obvious. It is not to say that travel has ceased, but more that life has changed, entering new phases and demands on time that have taken me away from some of my better habits such as this, while adding new pieces to my life. In short, I let the practice get away from me.

With that said, I will be doing my best in the coming posts to catch up on the past three-plus years of blog absenteeism. Please stay tuned.
